公共多人场景

进入商城后，同一区域的玩家可看到你的角色、显示名称、位置与公共聊天。访客使用临时 Guest 名称。左下角在线按钮可以随时暂停在线显示。附近最多显示8位玩家；私人空间不广播位置。

访问统计 / Visitor analytics

商城使用第一方随机浏览器标识，统计访问会话、店铺与公共区域的进入次数、设备类别、来源域名及前台活跃停留。IP 地址由服务器从网络连接获取，只供授权管理员分析网站访问及处理滥用；默认列表显示部分遮盖的 IP。登录时，本次会话会关联会员 ID 与用户名。匿名访客的真实身份无法由 IP 确认。

访问记录保留最多 90 天，原始 IP 最多保留 30 天后自动清除。不收集密码、支付卡资料、精确设备指纹、私人房间坐标、订单内容、来源链接参数或搜索词。统计覆盖 mall.sorvian.io 的 3D、2D、2.5D 及电商页面；未包含企业官网 sorvian.io。

We use first-party browser identifiers to measure visits, store and public-area entries, broad device types, referring domains and active time. Server-observed IP addresses and the most recently signed-in member identity are available only to authorised administrators. Visit data is retained for up to 90 days; raw IP addresses for up to 30 days. An IP address does not identify a person. 会员与管理

会员数据库保存用户名、加盐密码哈希、角色资料及已保存的商城业务记录。受保护的Admin后台可查看用户名、注册时间、账号状态与汇总统计；不会返回密码哈希或登录令牌。停用账户会撤销登录会话。安全事件计数最多保留一年。

商品提问、评价与客服

商品／店铺提问和商家回复会公开显示，请勿填写私人资料。商品及店铺评价须关联已完成的演示订单，经平台审核后公开；商家可公开回复。顾客与商家的客服工单只对提交者和平台管理员开放；对话、评价和审核记录保存在商城数据库。当前尚未设置自动删除期限；如需查询或处理这些记录，请联系平台客服。

交易状态

当前演示订单不扣款、不发货。POS、银行卡与DuitNow QR接口仅预留，不能发起收款、退款或结算。正式支付、物流和退款服务启用前，需要完成相应接入并更新此说明。

Analytics use first-party browser identifiers and foreground heartbeats as described above. Public avatars can be hidden with the online toggle. Product questions and published reviews are public; customer and seller support cases are private to the requester and platform operators.
